Equipped with fully automatic CNC honing and skiving & roller burnishing integrated equipment, our High-Efficiency Honing & Skiving Technology achieves micron-level precision processing on the inner wall of steel tubes. The inner diameter surface roughness is stably controlled at Ra ≤ 0.4μm. The super smooth inner wall effectively enhances the tightness of the hydraulic system, reduces internal friction and wear of parts, and greatly extends the service life of hydraulic equipment.
