1. Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes

As our foundational and mature product series, cold drawn seamless tubes are fabricated through professional cold drawing forming technology, which effectively refines the internal metal structure of steel tubes. This processing method eliminates the dimensional deviations and surface defects of conventional hot-rolled tubes, endowing the products with ultra-high dimensional precision, ultra-smooth surface finish and upgraded comprehensive mechanical properties. The cold working process greatly improves the tube’s tensile strength, hardness and structural uniformity, making it suitable for high-precision mechanical matching and load-bearing working conditions.

Our premium cold drawn tubes deliver strict technical indicators: outer diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.05 mm, while the surface roughness ranges from Ra 0.8 μm to 3.2 μm. Through precise material proportioning and process parameter optimization, the maximum tensile strength of our tubes can reach 1,200 MPa, ensuring excellent structural stability under high-load operation. We offer diverse material options covering 20#, 45#, Q345B, 27SiMn, ST52 and E355 carbon steel grades to meet different strength and toughness requirements. These versatile tubes are widely applied in mechanical transmission shafts, precision instrument pipeline systems, automotive structural parts and various general industrial precision components.

2. Precision Honed Tubes

Precision honed tubes are high-end inner-wall precision tubular products, specially processed by professional abrasive honing technology. The honing process finely polishes the tube’s inner wall, removing tiny surface burrs, tool marks and microscopic irregularities, creating a mirror-grade inner surface with exceptional smoothness. This unique processing advantage makes our honed tubes the optimal choice for hydraulic cylinder barrel manufacturing.

Our honed tubes adopt stringent precision tolerance standards, with inner diameter precision reaching H7/H8/H9 grade, and the strictest tolerance controlled within ±0.02 mm. The inner wall surface roughness is as low as Ra 0.05–0.4 μm, achieving a flawless mirror finish. Meanwhile, the product maintains excellent straightness of ≤0.5 mm per meter, ensuring stable reciprocating movement of internal pistons. The ultra-smooth inner wall greatly reduces friction and wear of sealing components, effectively avoiding hydraulic fluid leakage and improving the overall sealing performance and service life of hydraulic systems. Available materials include 20#, 45#, 27SiMn, E355 and corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel, adapting to ordinary working conditions and damp, corrosive industrial environments.

3. Hydraulic Cylinder Tubes

Our custom hydraulic cylinder tubes are professionally customized and produced for hydraulic system cylinder core components, combining the advantages of cold drawing forming and precision honing processing. Tailored for high-pressure, reciprocating and continuous industrial operation conditions, these tubes feature high pressure resistance, strong impact resistance and excellent fatigue resistance. With integrated precision processing, the tubes achieve uniform wall thickness, stable roundness and superior internal surface finish, perfectly matching the assembly and operation requirements of hydraulic cylinder pistons, seal rings and guide sleeves.
